Professional Quartz Epoxy Flooring Systems
Quartz flooring systems combine the natural beauty of broadcast quartz aggregate with the performance of commercial-grade epoxy, creating surfaces that are both stunningly decorative and extraordinarily durable. Tru Coat Epoxy and Painting installs quartz systems across the greater Philadelphia area for clients who demand both visual impact and industrial-strength performance.
About Quartz Systems
Quartz epoxy flooring systems use colored quartz aggregate broadcast into a resinous coating to create a decorative, textured surface with exceptional durability and slip resistance. The quartz particles provide a natural stone appearance that is more sophisticated than flake and more durable than solid color coatings. These systems are the preferred choice for commercial lobbies, restrooms, locker rooms, medical facilities, food service areas, and any environment that demands beauty, sanitation, and durability in equal measure. The natural texture of broadcast quartz provides inherent slip resistance without sacrificing aesthetics. Quartz systems are available in dozens of color blends inspired by natural stone — from warm sandstone and earth tones to cool slate and granite-like patterns. Double-broadcast quartz systems provide maximum aggregate density for the most demanding commercial environments.

Our Process
Quartz system installation begins with surface preparation — diamond grinding, crack repair, and primer application. We apply the resinous base coat and immediately broadcast quartz aggregate to full refusal. Excess aggregate is removed, and a grout coat fills the surface. A clear topcoat seals the system. Double-broadcast systems repeat the broadcast and grout coat steps for maximum density. Most projects complete in 3 to 4 days.
Every project begins with a free consultation. Call (445) 444-2879 or visit our contact page to schedule yours. We serve the entire greater Philadelphia area including communities like Wayne, Haverford, Villanova, Doylestown, and Philadelphia.
